We do not offer subscriptions or recurring billing unless expressly stated.

3. Pricing

Prices for products are listed in HK$, JPY, USD and are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Payment Requirement

Full payment is required before the order will be processed or product access granted.

5. Purchase Confirmation

Confirmation of purchase, including delivery details or access instructions, will be sent to your registered email address upon successful checkout.

6. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing digital art, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

a. We are not liable for any incompatibility issues with your software or hardware.
b. We make no guarantee that the purchased digital art will meet your specific expectations beyond the description provided.
c. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

8. Governing Law

These policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong.
